Do your king bedrooms have a view? I noticed that the other rooms referenced a city view.

One of the two king rooms has a view, and the other does not but is very silent. The room with a view is Lucio The silent one is Ottavio

1.2 km, about a 15 minute walk.

Do you have elevators?

Good Morning, We are in a 700 year old building and it does not have an elevator. We are located in the most central place in Florence on the second floor of the building. I wish you a nice day and a pleasant vacation in wonderful Florence. Patricia

Is there a private parking garage nearby? if so, do we need a reservation?

Hello. sorry for the late answer.. was on holiday. There is a garage 3 minutes walk from us : Garage del Bargello. It is best to reserve a few days before. I can do that for you if you let me know in advance.

The WiFi works very well... according to what is available in the city. The breakfast has many sweet as well as savory choices... the list of what we provide is quite long and I cannot specify all here.

Payment is done 3 days before arrival. * as per the penalty upon cancellation.

Patricia was a fabulous hostess, the room and location were faultless.
The location of this room was very central...just a few minutes to all the main attractions. Breakfast was sublime...all handmade by our wonderful hostess Patricia, who was a fountain of knowledge on where to go and eat and what was available to see. Our room was more than adequate for the uration of our stay...would definately return there
